“The impacts of our public health providers are vital to the well-being of our residents,” said Mayor Mitch Roth. “It’s not just about treating illnesses; it’s about promoting wellness, preventing disease, and fostering a community where everyone can thrive. Our commitment to public health is a commitment to caring for each other and ensuring a healthier future for all.”

The County, in partnership with DOH, invites residents to two free health fairs:

To further amplify public health awareness throughout the week, the County and DOH are partnering with Community First of Hawai‘i, Inc. to launch a targeted social media campaign. This collaborative effort aims to educate residents about how public health initiatives seamlessly integrate into their daily lives and contribute to the community’s overall well-being.
