Community: 8-09-24 Police Seeking Missing and Endangered Kona Man Roger Tolar

Hawai‘i Island police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 54-year-old Roger Tolar of Kailua-Kona, who was reported missing today, August 9, 2024.

Tolar was last seen at the 74-5000 block of Kealapua Street in Kailua-Kona, on August 8, 2024 at about 8:10 a.m. He is described as Caucasian/Hawaiian, 5-foot-8 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, with short brown hair, brown eyes and a light brown complexion. Tolar was last seen wearing a light blue shirt, tan shorts, and was carrying a gray & brown backpack.
