Three council incumbents retain seats in W. Hawaii
James Hustace received 2,026 votes or 43.55%, a lead of more than 200 votes over incumbent Cindy Evans, who received 1,805 votes or 38.8% of the valid votes cast. In third place was Michael Konowicz, with 821 votes or 17.65%.
