TRAFFIC IMPACT NOTICE
AFFECTED AREA: KOMOHANA STREET BETWEEN PUAINAKO STREET AND
MEHANA PLACE; SOUTH HILO, HAWAI‘I
The Department of Water Supply (DWS), County of Hawai‘i, will be working on Komohana Street in
Hilo from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday, January 19, 2025, to install a new service.
During this work, one lane of travel will be closed and one alternating lane with traffic control will
remain open. Motorists should expect delays and plan accordingly.
