Water Main Breaks in Konawaena and Napoopoo areas
AFFECTED AREAS: KONAWAENA, NAPOOPOO, SOUTH KONA, HAWAII
This is a Department of Water Supply (DWS) message for Sunday, March 15, 2026.
Certain DWS customers in the Konawaena and Napoopoo areas will be without water while DWS crews
work to repair water main breaks in the area. Water main repairs are commencing and will be worked on
through today. A DWS water tanker is stationed on the makai side of Kealakekua Ranch Center for the
public’s use.
DWS apologizes for this service interruption, and thanks its customers and the public for their patience and
understanding while repairs are being made.
