City crews remove two swastikas from Hawaii Kai sidewalk after complaints
HONOLULU — City crews removed two swastikas from the pavement in Hawaii Kai this week after receiving complaints from a local resident and an inquiry from Spectrum News Hawaii.
The swastikas were engraved on the mauka sidewalk in front of the residence at 758 Lunalilo Home Road, about two blocks from Kamilo‘iki Community Park.
