Community: 11-19-2024 Police Renew Request For Public’s Assistance Locating Missing Hilo Man Vincent Souza
Hawai‘i Island Police are renewing their request for the public’s assistance in locating 24-year-old Vincent Souza of Hilo, who was reported missing.
Souza was last seen in the area of Kulana Street in Hilo, on Monday, September 9, 2024, at 3:30 p.m., wearing a camouflage hoodie and black pants.
He is described as having a light brown complexion, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 140 pounds, with short brown hair and green eyes, and a medium length beard. Souza has tattoos on his left forearm and a left leg sleeve tattoo from his ankle to his knee.
