Cliffside adjacent to highway 19, 28 mm residence
Ambulatory male 40-50 years old at the bottom of a cliff, approximately 75 feet down. Per reporting party, male was cutting trees along the cliffside and did not return.
Company 17 and HPD responded to scene and met with reporting party. Company 17 personnel was able to locate male patient, approximately 75 feet down a steep cliff. M08 and Company 2 dispatched to assist with extrication. Company 2 personnel performed a rope rescue to extricate patient. Patient was assessed and denied emergency medical services.
