Hawaii Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 27-year-old Evelyn Higgins of Kea’au, who was reported missing.
Higgins was last seen on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. in the Hawaiian Paradise Park subdivision in Kea’au.
She is described as Caucasian, 5 feet 2 inches tall, approximately 125 pounds, with green eyes, fair complexion, and light brown hair with highlights. Higgins was last observed wearing a black knee-high dress.
Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at 935-3311, with attention to Officer Dustin Medeiros.
