NOTICE OF TRAFFIC IMPACT
AFFECTED AREA: KEA‘AU-PĀHOA ROAD (HIGHWAY 130); PĀHOA, PUNA, HAWAI‘I
The Department of Water Supply (DWS), County of Hawai‘i, will be working on Keaʻau-Pāhoa Road
(Highway 130) between Orchidland Drive and Pōhaku Circle from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., daily
from Tuesday, April 18, 2023, through Thursday, April 20, 2023, to install a new water service.
Police and message boards will be stationed to inform motorists. Motorists should expect delays and
use caution when driving through the construction zone.
