Ali‘i Drive – Water Main Break
AFFECTED AREA: ALII DRIVE BETWEEN HALE HĀLĀWAI PARK AND SUNSET PLAZA , NORTH KONA, HAWAI‘I
This is a Department of Water Supply (DWS) message for Friday, May 19, 2023.
Certain customers along Ali‘i Drive in Kailua-Kona will be without water service while DWS crews work to repair a water main break. Repairs are estimated to be completed in approximately 6 hours.
Ali‘i Drive has been closed temporarily to traffic between Hualālai Road and Wālua Road. Traffic is being detoured, and motorists in the area are asked to drive with caution.
DWS apologizes for this temporary inconvenience, and thanks its customers and the general public for their patience and understanding while repairs are being made.
