The Hawaii Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating wanted inmate Michael James Saragosa-Galon, M-28, 6’, 175 lbs., black hair, brown eyes, last seen 08-04-23 at 8:00 A.M. in Hilo. He failed to return from his work furlough. He is currently wanted on a Warrant of Arrest issued by the State of Hawaii Department of Public Safety for violating the terms and conditions of his furlough. Saragosa-Galon is serving a 5 year sentence for Promoting a Dangerous Drug.
