Community: 11-28-2024 Hawaii Island Police Seeking Missing Person Brian Riggs
Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating 47-year-old Brian Riggs, who was reported as a missing on November 28, 2024.
Riggs was last seen on Welea Street in Pahoa on the morning of November 25, 2024 at about 6:00 a.m., and was heading to a fishing spot in the North Kohala district.
He was operating a white 2006 Hummer H3, Hawaii license plate PTX698, and last known to have been at the Waiakailio Bay area on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at about 4:00 p.m.
He is described as having a fair complexion, large frame, about 6 feet tall, 230 pounds with hazel eyes and mostly bald with brown stubble hair. He has a squirrel tattoo on the inside of each leg and a small scar above his left eye and a scar on his inner left arm.
