600 Square feet two strory wooden residential home

STRUCTURE FULLY INVOLVED IN FIRE

Multiple HFD units and HPD were dispatched to address 13-3505 Alapai street for a structure fire. Upon arrival Co-10 found a 12′ x 25′ two story wooden framed residential structure fully involved in fire. There was no one found at the scene. The structure appeared to be under construction but unfinished. There was nothing in the interior of the structure and all the wall siding and drywall was not in place. Only the wall frames and trussess were burning so the fire was accessible and quick to extinguish. Other responding units were cancelled enroute. Co-10 finished extinguishing and mopping up the remaining hot spots and then returned to quarters. HPD was left at scene to perform an investigation. HFD prevention and inspection was informed of the event.
