Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS… – At 917 AM HST, radar indicated heavy rain over windward Oahu. Rain was falling at a rate of 1 to 2 inches per hour. – Some locations that will experience flooding include… Honolulu, Waipio, Waiahole, Waikane, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, Aiea, Pearl City, Kaaawa, Halawa, Mililani, Moanalua, Punaluu, Salt Lake, Kaneohe, Wahiawa, Kalihi, Wheeler Field, Hauula and Kaneohe Marine Base.
