George Brian Dugan 52, of Kapaau died July 7 at Kohala Hospital. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was an artist and University of Oregon graduate. Celebration of life 4 p.m. Saturday (July 18) at Beach 69. Bring beach chairs or blankets. Memorial donations to Kohala Hospital Charitable Foundation , P.O. Box 430 Kapaau, Hawaii 96755. Survived by wife, Camille Dugan of Kapaau; son, Ian Dugan of Kapaau; mother, Catherine Dugan of South Carolina; sister, Mary Elizabeth Dugan of South Carolina; brother, James (Salwa Nassar) Dugan of Oregon; aunts, uncles and cousins.
