Manuel Keliihananui Yamamoto, 85, Kapaau died April 22 at Kohala Hospital. Born in Kohala, He was a macadamia nut farm supervisor, member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Kohala and U.S. Army National Guard veteran. Visitation 9-10 a.m. Saturday (May 30) at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Kohala. Funeral service at 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kohala County Cemetery. Survived by wife, June Yamamoto of Kapaau; children, Patlynn (Reid) Maekaw of Mililani, Oahu, and Wade (Leishelle) Yamamoto of Kohala; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
