Chris Godoy
Chris David Godoy, 68, of Hawi, died March 13, 2023, at North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Hilo, he was retired from Kona Coffee Villas, had worked for the former Hilo Coast Processing Company and was a member of the Big Island Volkswagen Club. Family and friends may call from 9:30 a.m. April 15, 2023 at Spencer Beach Park pavilion for a Celebration of Life. Family requests beach attire be worn. He is survived by wife, Anita Poligratis Godoy of Hawi; children, Chris Daniel (Shelly) Godoy and Kristalin “Tee” (James Bach) Godoy of Hawi, Christan “Gary” (Sonnette) Godoy of Hilo; siblings, Margaret “Mugs” (Roy) Nuniez and Lorraine Summons of Hilo, 12 grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
