Christalino Emeliano Jr., 72, of Ocean View died Sept. 19 at home. Born in Kohala, he was a self-employed commercial fisherman and avid golfer. Private services at a later date. Survived by wife, Stephanie Emeliano of Ocean View; sons, Donald (Jane) Emeliano and Joseph Emeliano of Kohala, Kamuela (Jamaine) Emeliano of Kawaihae and Ryan (Nani) Stevens of Kailua-Kona; stepsons, Richard M. (Lori) Patacsil of Captain Cook and Kalani (Alohi) Patacsil of Ocean View; daughters, Jeanie (Miguel) Emeliano-Barajas of Waimea and Christel (Brian) Hall of Hilo; stepdaughter, Lehuanani Patacsil of Oahu; brother, George (Maribel) Emeliano of Kohala; sisters, Bernice (Paul) Lucas of Kohala, Yvonne (Greg) Lucas of Oahu and Grace (Damien) Freitas of Kalopa; 15 grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; a great-step-grandson; nieces, nephews and cousins.
