Applications open for Lei Court ahead of 96th annual Lei Day celebration
Experts in the art of lei-making can now apply to be part of the Lei Court for 2024, according to a news release from the Department of Parks and Recreation.
Each year’s Lei Court is selected from one of four rotating age groups, with 2024 designated for Nā ʻŌpio (the Youth). Applicants must be between 18 to 30 years of age by the day of the Lei Court Selection scheduled for March 2, 2024.
