Hawai’i Island Police are searching for a 67-year-old Joseph Frances Madeiros who has been reported missing.
He is described as being 5-feet-9-inches tall, 200 pounds, having gray hair, hazel eyes, and a fair complexion. He was last seen on Thursday, 01-25-2024 at 2:00 p.m., in the area of Makaala Road in Volcano.
