Taylor Swift Donates $100K To Help 2-Year-Old Girl Battling Rare Brain Cancer
In a touching act of kindness, Taylor Swift quietly donated $100,000 to help a 2-year-old girl named Lilah, who is bravely fighting stage 4 brain cancer.

On Friday, October 17, Swift made the generous donation to Lilah’s parents through their GoFundMe page after seeing a heartfelt video shared by Lilah’s mom, Katelynn, on TikTok.
In the video, posted to the account Stand with Lilah, the little girl can be seen watching a clip of the pop star on her iPad and sweetly calling her “my friend.”
The video somehow reached Swift, who responded in the most compassionate way.
Along with her donation, the singer left a personal message: “Sending the biggest hug to my friend, Lilah! Love, Taylor.”

Katelynn was overwhelmed with emotion when she saw the gift and message.
“I cannot say thank you enough. I’m truly in shock,” she wrote. “This means we don’t have to worry about anything other than Lilah. Truly such a blessing. Thank you, Taylor Swift.”
According to the family’s GoFundMe, Lilah’s cancer is extremely rare and aggressive — with only 58 documented cases in the U.S. last year. After undergoing surgery to remove a brain mass, Lilah is now facing several more months of intense treatment, including chemotherapy, stem cell therapy, and proton radiation that will require long hospital stays far from home.
Thanks to Swift’s generosity, the family can now focus on what matters most — helping Lilah heal.
