Geronimo Pasamonte Barayuga, 80, of Kapaau died Oct. 25 at The Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born in San Nicolas, Philippines, he was a retired dairyman-milker for the former Boteilho Dairy and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Services at a later date. Survived by wife, Mercedes Barayuga of Kapaau; son, Jeofrey (Donalyn) Barayuga of Kohala; daughters, Gemmalyn (Jeffrey) Baptista of Las Vegas and Helen (Chris) Sulguiano of Kohala; brothers, Juan Barayuga, Nagasito Barayuga and Jimmy (Fely) Barayuga of the Philippines; sisters, Josephine (Dionisio) Aquino, Crencia Sebastin, Estrella Santo and Carlina Delacruz of the Philippines, Elena Barayuga of Kohala; five grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
