Daniel Peter “Chico” Fernandez, 78, of Mountain View, died Sept. 4, 2022 at his residence. Born Aug. 7, 1944 in Kohala, he was a retired foreman for Arakaki Mechanical Company. Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Nov. 4 at Dodo Mortuary chapel; prayer Service at 11 a.m.; burial to follow at Homelani Memorial Park, Ilima Section. Casual attire. He is survived by wife, Diane Fernandez; sons, Gregory (Daphne) Fernandez and Brian Fernandez; daughter, Teashell Fernandez; brothers, Julo (Elaine) Fernandez, Gulo Fernandez, Ernest Caravalho and Christino (Leona) Caravalho; sisters, Nora Fernandez and Dora (Dan) Perreira; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Arrangements by Dodo Mortuary.
