especially where the terrain accelerates the flow. Strongest
winds will occur over and downwind of terrain, and in saddle
areas.

* WHERE…Leeward Kohala.
* WHEN…Until 6 PM HST Friday.
* IMPACTS…Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines
and damage roofs. Power outages are possible. Travel will be
difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
