Ralph Austin Bard III, 79, of Hawi died Oct. 25 at home. Born in Charleston, W.Va., he was an investment manager and cowboy. Private services. Survived by daughters, Jamile Cassidy of Virginia Beach, Va., Cynthia Harbison of Portland, Ore., Kelley Bard of Durango, Colo.; sister, Katherine Dickson of Denver; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; aunts, uncles and cousins.
