Ramona Santiago Pacheco, 86, of Hilo died Feb. 23 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Kohala, she was a retired licensed practical nurse for the former Hilo Hospital and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Visitation 8-10 a.m. Tuesday (March 19) at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mass at 10 a.m. Casual attire; flowers welcomed. Burial at Homelani Memorial Park, Lehua Section. Survived by sons, Rodney Pacheco and Stanley Pacheco Jr. of Hilo; daughters, Pearl R. (James) Park and Patricia (Dwayne Yoshina) Nakamoto of Hilo; sister, Christina Texeira of Sacramento, Calif.; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
