James McCarroll
James “Kimo” M. McCarroll, 50, of Kawaihae, died Dec. 28, 2021 at Kona Community Hospital. Born in Hilo, he was a skilled tradesman in automobile and heavy equipment mechanics.
Services will be held at a later date.
He is survived by sons, Orion (Nicole) Stevens and Kawika Stevens, all of Kohala, and Dallas McCarroll and Jacob Dalh-McCarroll of the mainland; daughter, Jade (Aaron) Stevens of Kohala; mother, Gwendolyn Akau of Illinois; brother, John (Kanoe) McCarroll of Waimea; sister, Eliza (Kalani) Pua of Kailua-Kona; six grandchildren; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
