Cause UNDER INVESTIGATION
CO18, CO10,CO05 and HPD were dispatched to a structure fire at 16-1855 40TH AVE in the Orchidland Subdivision. Upon arrival found a single story approximatly 1000 sq ft, wood structure 80% involved.
HFD and HPD responded for a structure fire. Co-18 arrived on scene to find a single story wooden structure almost fully involved in fire. The structure was aprox. 1000 sq ft, single family home. Extingushing operations were initiated by Co-18 with E-10, T10, and E05 supplying additional water and manpower. Owner of residence was on scene talking with HPD. The fire was extinguished and overhaul completed with no occupants found in structure. The scene was turned over to HPD and all HFD units returned to quarters. HPD and HFD inspectors to perform further investigation and interview of occupant to determine the cause of the fire.
