Tadashi Iseri, 101, of Kohala, formerly of Hilo, died Oct. 11 at Queen’s North Hawaii Community Hospital. Born in Hilo, he was a retired chartered life insurance underwriter for Prudential and U.S. Army World War II veteran. No services. Survived by son, Howard (Audrey) Iseri of Scottsdale, Ariz.; daughters, Joni (Russell) Schoon of Kohala and Marilyn (Melvyn) Tanabe of Kailua-Kona; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
