...HIGH SURF ADVISORY FOR NORTH AND EAST FACING SHORES... 
 
.A north-northeast swell (010-020 deg) will build tonight through 
Friday, producing advisory level surf along exposed north and east 
facing shores of most islands Friday into Sunday. The swell and 
surf will slowly lower into the first part of next week. 
 
...HIGH SURF ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM FRIDAY TO 6 PM HST 
SUNDAY... 
 
* WHAT...Surf building to 14 to 18 feet along north facing shores 
and 10 to 14 feet along east facing shores. 
 
* WHERE...Exposed north and east facing shores. 
 
* WHEN...From 6 AM Friday to 6 PM HST Sunday. 
 
* IMPACTS...Moderate. Strong breaking waves and strong currents 
will make swimming dangerous.
Instructions: Head all advice from ocean safety officials. When in doubt, don`t go out.
