Jonrick-Dean Keoki Medeiros-Garcia, 58, of Kohala died Dec. 4, 2025, at Kohala Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. Celebration of life Saturday (March 14) at Keokea Beach Park in North Kohala. Opening prayer at 11 a.m., followed by sharing and music, then lunch. Survived by wife, Louvel L. Medeiros-Garcia of Kohala; sons, Thysyn-Jon Keola (Morgan I‘i) Garcia of Kawaihae and Thrysyn-Dean Kekoa Garcia of Hilo; stepson, Joshua Michael Argel of Kohala; mother, Ellen Blossom Mohala Garcia of Hilo; sisters, Kimberly Jean Medeiros-Garcia of Oahu and Kristen Joy (Aaron Arbles) Medeiros-Garcia of Hilo; brother, Jaerick-Lee (Debbie Nakasato) Medeiros-Garcia of Hilo; stepbrothers, Lyle Medeiros-Garcia and Lyno Medeiros-Garcia of Oahu, Fred Medeiros-Garcia of Las Vegas; seven grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
