Paulina Ronolo Mangrubang, 93, of Hawi died Oct. 15 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Ewa Beach, Oahu, she was a homemaker, seamstress and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Hawi. Survived by sons, Dr. Fred (Poh-Pin) Mangrubang of Ashburn, Va. and Wilfred Mangrubang of Hawi; daughter, Merle Jean (Ellsworth) Delo Santos of Hilo; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
