No Shelters in North Kohala Opened in Advance of Olivia

I have been informed that the shelters in North Kohala, the Gym and the cafeteria at Kohala High School/Elementary School were not designed to withstand Hurricane strength winds so they will not be open in advance of Olivia. A determination will be made in the aftermath whether to open.
