Company 16 & BC2 arrived on scene for a 3 bedroom home on fire, 50% involved, with potential spread to neighbors homes. All occupants out upon arrival. Initial defensive attack to protect exposures. Additional companies arrived for support. Fire out within 22 minutes, interior mop up commenced. One house pet saved from back room. Home owners stated possible ignition from Golf cart Lithium Ion Battery charging. Family put in touch with Red Cross.
